Community & safety rules

Launch draft · 23 September 2026. Publisher identity, postal address, support/privacy contact and hosting/retention details must be completed and verified before commercial release. This preview is not a completed production notice.

Race fairly. Be kind. Keep personal information private. If something worries you, leave the room and ask a trusted adult for help.

Names and communication

Choose an filtered rider nickname. Free-text names, custom suffixes, profile images, text chat and voice chat are not supported. The server rejects names outside the list, including attempts made with a modified client. Offensive, racist, hateful, sexual, threatening or discriminatory content and impersonation are prohibited. Never attempt to share contact details or personal information through room codes or gameplay.

Fair play

No cheating, deliberate harassment, exploits, attacks on servers or bypassing safety controls. Ordinary racing, collisions and losing a round are part of the game. A matching name does not prove that someone is a friend.

Leave and report

You can leave a room if you are uncomfortable. For safety concerns, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]; a parent or guardian may report for a child. Provide the approximate time with time zone, room code, displayed rider name and a short description. Send a screenshot only if useful and remove unrelated personal information. Never include passwords, home addresses or other children’s personal details. Do not confront the other player.

Reports and review requests are handled by the publisher. We will assess the evidence and take proportionate action, which may include changing content, closing a session or restricting service access where technically supported. We cannot guarantee identification of a person from a shared rider name. A working reporting contact and the appropriate moderation/blocking tools must be in place before release; these draft pages alone do not implement them.

Urgent concerns

This is not an emergency service. Tell a trusted adult and contact local emergency services if someone faces immediate danger.
